The short version

We collect only what we need to run your subscription and deliver replay data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Who we are

ReplayFutures provides a NinjaTrader 8 add-on and a data archive that lets you download historical Market Replay data for futures instruments. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit our site, start a trial, or use the add-on.

What we collect

We keep data collection deliberately minimal. We handle:

Account & billing details — your email address and the subscription information needed to manage your plan. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
License key — a key tied to your subscription, used by the add-on to authorize downloads.
Basic usage signals — limited technical information needed to operate the service, such as which files a license requests, so we can enforce plan limits and keep the archive working.

We do not collect your trades, positions, account balances, broker credentials, or any activity inside NinjaTrader. The add-on only downloads data files into your local replay folder.

How we use it

To create and manage your subscription and trial.
To authorize and deliver the replay data files you request.
To enforce plan limits (for example, daily limits during a free trial).
To respond to support requests you send us.

That's the full list. We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information. We do not share your email or any personal data with data brokers, advertisers, or list buyers. Your information exists to run the product you paid for — nothing else.

Service providers we rely on

To run ReplayFutures, your data passes through a small number of trusted infrastructure providers, strictly to deliver the service:

Payment processing — our payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your card and subscription securely. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Hosting & data delivery — our website, license system, and data files are served through cloud infrastructure (such as Cloudflare and Backblaze) used purely to host and deliver the service.

These providers process data on our behalf to operate the product. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your account and license information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing, support, and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

You can:

Cancel anytime — your subscription stops at the end of the period and your license is deactivated.
Request access or deletion — email us and we'll provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or delete it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including handling payments through a PCI-compliant processor and limiting who can access account data. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold minimal precisely to reduce risk.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If we ever make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
